The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Drought is not the absence of rain. Rather, drought is when the sky pours down rain but the earth grows nothing."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال ليس السنة أن لا يكون مطر ولكن السنة أن تمطر السماء ولا تنبت الأرض
