Its isnad is daif, like the ones before it, but he did not quote its wording here, and he made a strange cross-reference in his statement, "He then mentioned something similar to the hadith of Suwayd bin Saeed, 'I was with Umar while he lay covered in his garment.'" But the hadith of Suwayd has no connection to the issue of Witr, nor to this isnad, and it will come at 867. Moreover, it is one of the additions of Abdullah, while this one belongs to the original text of the Musnad. I think the correct reading is, "He then mentioned something similar to it," and the rest of the statement was an addition, either from a copyist or a mistake by someone who heard it.
