The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The countryside regions will be opened up, and people will come to their acquaintances and go off with them, though Madinah would be better for them, if only they knew." He said it twice.

قال رسول الله ﷺ تفتح الأرياف فيأتي ناس إلى معارفهم فيذهبون معهم والمدينة خير لهم لو كانوا يعلمون قالها مرتين

Yahya bin Nadr Sulami Madani narrated from Abu Qatada and Abu Hurairah, and his son Bakr, Muhammad bin Amr, and Ibrahim bin Abu Yahya narrated from him. Abu Hatim deemed him trustworthy.
