The Prophet ﷺ used to observe spiritual retreat during the last ten days of the month of Ramadan. In the year in which he passed away, he observed it for twenty days.
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن أبي حصين عن أبي صالح
عن النبي ﷺ أنه كان يعتكف العشر الأواخر من شهر رمضان فلما كان العام الذي قبض فيه اعتكف عشرين
