Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When Allah created creation, the womb stood up and took hold of the waist of the Most Merciful. It said, 'This is the position of one seeking refuge with You from being severed.'Allah said, 'Are you not pleased that I maintain ties with whoever maintains ties with you, and sever ties with whoever severs ties with you?'Recite, if you wish, 'Would you then, if you were given authority, cause corruption in the land and sever your ties of kinship? Those are the ones whom Allah has cursed, so He deafened them and blinded their vision. Then do they not reflect upon the Quran, or are there locks upon their hearts?' [Muhammad 47:22–24]"

حدثنا أبو بكر الحنفي حدثني معاوية بن أبي مزرد قال حدثني عمي سعيد أبو الحباب قال سمعت

أبا هريرة قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ إن الله عز وجل لما خلق الخلق قامت الرحم فأخذت بحقو الرحمن قالت هذا مقام العائذ من القطيعة قال أما ترضي أن أصل من وصلك وأقطع من قطعك اقرءوا إن شئتم {فهل عسيتم إن توليتم أن تفسدوا في الأرض وتقطعوا أرحامكم أولئك الذين لعنهم الله فأصمهم وأعمى أبصارهم أفلا يتدبرون القرآن أم على قلوب أقفالها}
