The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "May Allah forgive Lut. Indeed, he sought refuge in a mighty support."
حدثنا علي بن حفص أخبرنا ورقاء عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
قال رسول الله ﷺ يغفر الله للوط إنه أوى إلى ركن شديد
It is narrated, "May Allah forgive Lot, for he sought refuge in a mighty support." Bukhari related it in the chapters on the Prophets, from Abu Yaman. Muslim related it in the chapters on Virtues, from Zuhayr bin Harb.
