The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Hour will not come until you fight a people whose sandals are made of hair."
وقال رسول الله ﷺ لا تقوم الساعة حتى تقاتلوا أقواما نعالهم الشعر
A sahih hadith, narrated by Muslim, vol. 8, p. 184, Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba narrated to us, Sufyan bin Uyayna narrated to us, from Abu Zinad, from Araj, from Abu Hurairah, tracing it back to the Prophet ﷺ, who said, "The Hour will not come until you fight a people whose sandals are made of hair, and the Hour will not come until you fight a people with small eyes and flat noses."Bukhari narrated it in the book of jihad from Ali bin Abdullah, and in the book of the signs of prophethood from Abu Yaman. Abu Dawud narrated it in the book of great battles from Qutayba and Ibn Sarh and others. Tirmidhi narrated it in the book of turmoil from Saeed bin Abdul-Rahman Makhzumi and Abdul-Jabbar bin Ala. Ibn Majah narrated it in the book of turmoil from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba.
