The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A woman must not fast while her husband is present except with his permission, nor may she admit anyone into his house while he is present except with his permission. And whatever she spends of his earnings without his instruction, half of its reward belongs to him."
وقال رسول الله ﷺ لا تصوم المرأة وبعلها شاهد إلا بإذنه ولا تأذن في بيته وهو شاهد إلا بإذنه وما أنفقت من كسبه عن غير أمره فإن نصف أجره له
This is sahih like the hadiths before it. It is in the single Sahifah, numbered 75, together with the two that follow it, numbers 8173m and 8173m1, as one hadith with one continuous wording. The three parts are, in reality, one hadith, but we have separated them into three hadiths under one repeated number because Bukhari separated the first part and the last part, making each of them an independent hadith, as will become clear from the sourcing, Allah willing.Muslim narrated the hadith [3:81 S / 1:1:281 Bulaq], with its three parts, as a single hadith, through the route of the Sahifah. Bukhari did not narrate it complete through the route of the Sahifah, but rather narrated it complete, with similar wording, from the recension of Araj, 9:259–260 Fath. He narrated the first part, which is here [7:30 / 9:257 Fath], from the original Sahifah, but not through the route of Abdul-Razzaq, rather through the narration of Abdullah bin Mubarak, from Mamar, from Hammam bin Munabbih.8173m, She should not give permission for anyone to enter his house while he is present, except with his permission [78]. Sahih (8173m)This is also sahih. It is the second part of the preceding hadith, as we explained there. It is in the single Sahifah, together with the ones before it, numbered 75. Muslim narrated it as part of the complete hadith through the route of the Sahifah, as we said there. Bukhari did not narrate it through that route at all, but rather narrated it, as we said before, from the recension of Araj.8173m1, Whatever she spends from his earnings without his permission, half its reward belongs to him [79]. Sahih (8173m1)This too is sahih. It is the third part of hadith 8173, and it is in the single Sahifah together with the ones before it, numbered 75. Muslim likewise narrated it together with them through that route, as we just said. Bukhari narrated it [3:56 / 4:255 Fath], through the route of the Sahifah, as an independent, separate hadith, with the wording, "If a woman spends from her husband's earnings..." He likewise narrated it independently, through the route of the Sahifah [7:65 / 9:442 Fath].
