The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me to do three things and forbade me from three things. He commanded me to pray the two units of Duha every day, to perform Witr before sleeping, and to fast three days of every month. He forbade me from pecking like a rooster pecks, from squatting like a dog squats, and from turning my head like a fox turns its head.
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم حدثنا شريك عن يزيد بن أبي زياد عن مجاهد
أمرني رسول الله ﷺ بثلاث ونهاني عن ثلاث أمرني بركعتي الضحى كل يوم والوتر قبل النوم وصيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر ونهاني عن نقرة كنقرة الديك وإقعاء كإقعاء الكلب والتفات كالتفات الثعلب
