I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever leaves the community and abandons obedience, then dies, dies a death of ignorance. Whoever rebels against my nation with his sword, striking its righteous and its wicked alike, sparing no believer for his faith and honoring no covenant with one who holds a covenant, is not of my nation. And whoever is killed under a blind banner, angered by tribal partisanship, fighting for tribal partisanship, or calling to tribal partisanship, dies a death of ignorance."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن أيوب عن غيلان بن جرير عن زياد بن رياح
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من فارق الجماعة وخرج من الطاعة فمات فميتته جاهلية ومن خرج على أمتي بسيفه يضرب برها وفاجرها لا يحاشي مؤمنا لإيمانه ولا يفي لذي عهد بعهده فليس من أمتي ومن قتل تحت راية عمية يغضب للعصبية أو يقاتل للعصبية أو يدعو إلى العصبية فقتلة جاهلية
