Something similar in meaning has already passed from another route, 7305.As for his words, "let him cross its two ends over his shoulders," Khattabi said in al-Maalim, 598, he means that one does not wrap it around his waist and tie its ends around his hips, but rather wraps it around himself and raises its ends, crossing them over each other, and ties it over his shoulders, so that it becomes like a lower garment and an upper garment combined.
