The Prophet ﷺ said, "It is not lawful for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel for a day's journey except in the company of a close male relative."
حدثنا يحيى عن ابن أبي ذئب قال حدثني سعيد بن أبي سعيد عن أبيه
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا يحل لامرأة تؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر تسافر يوما إلا مع ذي رحم
Its isnad is sahih. Abu Dawud Tayalisi narrated it (2317) from Ibn Abu Dhib, with this same isnad. This hadith is a repetition of 7221, where we discussed its sourcing in detail and noted the disagreement about it regarding Malik, and regarding Saeed Maqburi himself, whether it is from Saeed from Abu Hurairah, or from Saeed from his father from Abu Hurairah.
