Its isnad is sahih. Muhammad is Ibn Sirin. The hadith is abridged, its meaning having already appeared in full at 7200, as part of a story narrated by Ibn Awn from Ibn Sirin.Tirmidhi (1:304) narrated it in abridged form from Hisham bin Hassan, from Ibn Sirin, then said, "This is a hasan sahih hadith." Ayub and more than one other narrator also related it from Ibn Sirin. Nasai (1:183) narrated it through Qatada, and through Ibn Awn, and Khalid Haddan, all three of them from Ibn Sirin, with similar wording.His statement here, "his two prostrations," refers to the two prostrations of forgetfulness.
