The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever drinks wine, flog him. If he drinks again, flog him. If he drinks a third time, flog him. Then if he drinks a fourth time, kill him."
حدثنا عفان حدثنا همام حدثنا قتادة عن شهر
أن النبي ﷺ قال من شرب الخمر فاجلدوه ومن شرب الثانية فاجلدوه ثم إن شرب الثالثة فاجلدوه ثم إن شرب الرابعة فاقتلوه
