Abdullah bin Amr bin As reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Three types of people attend the Friday prayer. One man attends it engaging in idle talk, and that is all he gains from it. Another man attends it making supplication, so he is a man who has asked Allah , who may grant him his request if He wills or withhold it if He wills. And a man attends it in attentive silence, without stepping over the neck of any Muslim and without harming anyone. For him it is an expiation for sins from one Friday until the next, with an additional three days, for Allah says, 'Whoever brings a good deed shall have ten times the like thereof' [Anam 6:160]."

عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده

عن النبي ﷺ قال يحضر الجمعة ثلاثة فرجل حضرها يلغو فذاك حظه منها ورجل حضرها بدعاء فهو رجل دعا الله عز وجل فإن شاء أعطاه وإن شاء منعه ورجل حضرها بإنصات وسكوت ولم يتخط رقبة مسلم ولم يؤذ أحدا فهي كفارة إلى الجمعة التي تليها وزيادة ثلاثة أيام فإن الله يقول {من جاء بالحسنة فله عشر أمثالها}
