The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade plucking out gray hairs and said, "It is the light of the believer."He also said, "No man grows a single gray hair in Islam without Allah raising him a degree by it, erasing one of his sins through it, and recording for him a good deed by it."And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He is not one of us who does not honor our elders and show mercy to our young."

نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن نتف الشيب وقال هو نور المؤمن وقال ما شاب رجل في الإسلام شيبة إلا رفعه الله بها درجة ومحيت عنه بها سيئة وكتبت له بها حسنة وقال رسول الله ﷺ ليس منا من لم يوقر كبيرنا ويرحم صغيرنا
