When Mecca was conquered for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "Hold back your weapons, except for Khuza against Banu Bakr." He permitted them until they prayed the afternoon prayer, then he said, "Hold back your weapons."The next day, a man from Khuza encountered a man from Banu Bakr at Muzdalifa and killed him. News of this reached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so he stood up to address the people and said, "The most hostile of people toward Allah are those who commit aggression in the Sacred Precinct, those who kill someone other than their killer, and those who kill out of pre-Islamic blood feuds."A man said, "Messenger of Allah, so-and-so is my son. I had an illicit relationship with his mother during the days of ignorance."He replied, "There is no claim of paternity through illicit relations in Islam. The ways of pre-Islamic ignorance are gone. The child belongs to the marriage bed, and for the fornicator is the athlab."It was asked, "Messenger of Allah, what is the athlab?"He said, "The stone. For each finger, ten camels, and for the wounds that expose the bone, five each. There is no prayer after the dawn prayer until the sun rises, and no prayer after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets. A woman is not to be married alongside her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt. A woman's gift is not permitted except with her husband's permission. Honor the alliances made in pre-Islamic times, for Islam only increases them in strength, but do not form new alliances in Islam."

لما فتح على رسول الله ﷺ مكة قال كفوا السلاح إلا خزاعة عن بني بكر فأذن لهم حتى صلوا العصر ثم قال كفوا السلاح فلقي من الغد رجل من خزاعة رجلا من بني بكر بالمزدلفة فقتله فبلغ ذلك رسول الله ﷺ فقام خطيبا فقال إن أعدى الناس على الله من عدا في الحرم ومن قتل غير قاتله ومن قتل بذحول الجاهلية فقال رجل يا رسول الله إن ابني فلانا عاهرت بأمه في الجاهلية فقال لا دعوة في الإسلام ذهب أمر الجاهلية الولد للفراش وللعاهر الأثلب قيل يا رسول الله وما الأثلب قال الحجر وفي الأصابع عشر عشر وفي المواضح خمس خمس ولا صلاة بعد الصبح حتى تشرق الشمس ولا صلاة بعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس ولا تنكح المرأة على عمتها ولا على خالتها ولا يجوز لامرأة عطية إلا بإذن زوجها وأوفوا بحلف الجاهلية فإن الإسلام لم يزده إلا شدة ولا تحدثوا حلفا في الإسلام
