I came to the Prophet ﷺ and recited to him,"Master of mankind and judge of the Arabs, I have encountered a sharp-tongued shrew among shrews. I went out seeking food for her in Rajab, but she left me with quarreling and flight. She broke her pledge and turned tail, and they are the worst of conquerors over the conquered."He said, the Prophet ﷺ then began to repeat, "And they are the worst of conquerors over the conquered."

أتيت النبي ﷺ فأنشدته يا مالك الناس وديان العرب إني لقيت ذربة من الذرب غدوت أبغيها الطعام في رجب فخلفتني بنزاع وهرب أخلفت العهد ولطت بالذنب وهن شر غالب لمن غلب قال فجعل يقول النبي ﷺ عند ذلك وهن شر غالب لمن غلب
