The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is killed defending his property from someone seeking to take it unjustly is a martyr."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن عبد الله بن حسن عن خاله إبراهيم بن محمد بن طلحة
قال رسول الله ﷺ من أريد ماله بغير حق فقتل دونه فهو شهيد
