The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The blood-money for quasi-intentional killing is severe, like the blood-money for intentional killing, but the perpetrator is not put to death. This occurs when Satan stirs up strife between people."Abu Nadr said, "It is a blind, reckless throw, occurring without any feud or bearing of weapons."
حدثنا أبو النضر وعبد الصمد قالا حدثنا محمد حدثنا سليمان
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال عقل شبه العمد مغلظ مثل عقل العمد ولا يقتل صاحبه وذلك أن ينزو الشيطان بين الناس قال أبو النضر فيكون رميا في عميا في غير فتنة ولا حمل سلاح
