Abdullah bin Amr bin As reported,

When Mecca was conquered for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "Hold back your weapons, except for Khuza against Banu Bakr." He permitted them to fight until he prayed the afternoon prayer, then he said, "Hold back your weapons."The next day a man from Khuza met a man from Banu Bakr at Muzdalifa and killed him. News of this reached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he stood to address the people. The narrator said, "I saw him resting his back against the Kaabah."He said, "The most hostile of people toward Allah is one who kills within the sacred precinct, or kills someone other than his killer, or kills in revenge for grievances of the days of ignorance."A man stood up and said, "Such-and-such is my son."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "There is no claim of paternity outside marriage in Islam. The practice of the days of ignorance is gone. The child belongs to the marriage bed, and for the fornicator there is the athlab."They asked, "What is the athlab?"He answered, "The stone."He said, "For each finger, ten camels, and for each head wound that exposes the bone, five camels."He also said, "There is no prayer after the dawn prayer until the sun rises, and no prayer after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets."He said, "A woman is not to be married alongside her paternal aunt, nor alongside her maternal aunt, and a woman's gift is not valid except with her husband's permission."

حدثنا يحيى عن حسين

عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده قال

لما فتحت مكة على رسول الله ﷺ قال كفوا السلاح إلا خزاعة عن بني بكر فأذن لهم حتى صلى العصر ثم قال كفوا السلاح فلقي رجل من خزاعة رجلا من بني بكر من غد بالمزدلفة فقتله فبلغ ذلك رسول الله ﷺ فقام خطيبا فقال ورأيته وهو مسند ظهره إلى الكعبة قال إن أعدى الناس على الله من قتل في الحرم أو قتل غير قاتله أو قتل بذحول الجاهلية فقام إليه رجل فقال إن فلانا ابني فقال رسول الله ﷺ لا دعوة في الإسلام ذهب أمر الجاهلية الولد للفراش وللعاهر الأثلب قالوا وما الأثلب قال الحجر قال وفي الأصابع عشر عشر وفي المواضح خمس خمس قال وقال لا صلاة بعد الغداة حتى تطلع الشمس ولا صلاة بعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس قال ولا تنكح المرأة على عمتها ولا على خالتها ولا يجوز لامرأة عطية إلا بإذن زوجها
