The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not lawful for a man to marry a woman by causing the divorce of another, nor is it lawful for a man to make a sale over the sale of his brother until he leaves it, nor is it lawful for three people who are in an open land except that they appoint one of them as their leader, nor is it lawful for three people who are in an open land that two of them converse privately to the exclusion of their companion."
حدثنا حسن حدثنا ابن لهيعة قال حدثنا عبد الله بن هبيرة عن أبي سالم الجيشاني
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا يحل أن ينكح المرأة بطلاق أخرى ولا يحل لرجل أن يبيع على بيع صاحبه حتى يذره ولا يحل لثلاثة نفر يكونون بأرض فلاة إلا أمروا عليهم أحدهم ولا يحل لثلاثة نفر يكونون بأرض فلاة يتناجى اثنان دون صاحبهما
