The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever kills a sparrow, Allah will question him about it on the Day of Resurrection."Someone asked, "Messenger of Allah, what is its right?"He replied, "That he slaughter it properly and not seize it by the neck and snap it."
حدثنا حسن وعفان قالا حدثنا حماد بن سلمة قال عفان قال أخبرنا عمرو بن دينار عن صهيب الحذاء
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من قتل عصفورا سأله الله عنه يوم القيامة قيل يا رسول الله وما حقه قال يذبحه ذبحا ولا يأخذ بعنقه فيقطعه
