The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever slaughters a sparrow or kills it for no reason." Amr said, "I think he said, 'except for a just cause, Allah will question him about it on the Day of Resurrection.'"

أن النبي ﷺ قال من ذبح عصفورا أو قتله في غير شيء قال عمرو أحسبه قال إلا بحقه سأله الله عنه يوم القيامة
