The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Recite the Quran in a month."I kept asking him to reduce the period, and he kept reducing it, until it came down to seven days.
حدثنا إسماعيل أخبرنا عطاء بن السائب عن أبيه
قال رسول الله ﷺ اقرإ القرآن في شهر ثم ناقصني وناقصته حتى صار إلى سبع
