The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade nabidh prepared in earthenware jars.The narrator said, I went to Ibn Abbas and mentioned this to him.He said, "He spoke the truth."I asked, "What is the jarr?"He replied, "Anything made of clay."

نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن نبيذ الجر قال فأتيت ابن عباس فذكرت ذلك له فقال صدق قال قلت ما الجر قال كل شيء صنع من مدر
