The Prophet ﷺ anointed himself with plain oil that was not perfumed while he was in the state of ihram.
حدثنا أبو كامل حدثنا حماد يعني ابن سلمة أخبرنا فرقد السبخي عن سعد بن جبير
أن النبي ﷺ ادهن بزيت غير مقتت وهو محرم
Its isnad is daif, due to the weakness of Farqad Sabakhi. Abu Kamil is Muzaffar bin Midrak Khurasani. This hadith is a repetition of 6089. The tafsir of "wrath" has already been given at 4783.
