The Prophet ﷺ said, "The makers of images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them, 'Bring to life what you have created.'"
حدثنا محمد بن عبد الرحمن الطفاوي حدثنا أيوب عن نافع
عن النبي ﷺ قال المصورون يعذبون يوم القيامة فيقال لهم أحيوا ما خلقتم
Its isnad is sahih, and it has passed several times with sahih isnads, the last of them being 6084, through the narration of Hammad bin Zayd from Ayub. This isnad is higher than that one, because Ahmad reported it there through one intermediary to Ayub, while here it is through two intermediaries. Something similar in meaning has passed with another daif isnad, 6241.
