Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to send someone to those who had purchased food from the caravans, preventing them from reselling it until they had transported it to their own quarters.

حدثنا يعقوب حدثنا أبي عن ابن إسحاق حدثني نافع

عن ابن عمر قال حدثهم

أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يبعث عليهم إذا ابتاعوا من الركبان الأطعمة من يمنعهم أن يتبايعوها حتى يؤووا إلى رحالهم
