Abu Abdullah Muslima Razi, I did not find a biography for him, but he is mentioned incidentally in Taajeel in the biography of Abu Amr Bajali.Abu Amr Bajali, in Taajeel 508, it is said his name was Ubayda, then it quotes Ibn Hibban saying, "It is not permissible to rely on him as proof."Abdul-Malik bin Sufyan Thaqafi, it says in Taajeel 265, "Husayni said, 'He is unknown.'"The hadith is in Majma al-Zawaid 10:200, where it says, "Abdullah and Abu Yaala narrated it, and it contains someone I do not know."It is also in Jami Saghir under number 1870, and Munawi quotes Zayn Iraqi as saying, "Its chain is daif."Al-mufattan, with the ta doubled and vocalized with a fatha, means the one who is tried and tested through sins.
