The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Make the last of your night prayer the witr."
حدثنا محمد بن عبيد حدثنا عبيد الله عن نافع
قال رسول الله ﷺ اجعلوا آخر صلاتكم بالليل وترا
Its chain of transmission is sahih, and it is a repetition of 4710, see also 5126.
