Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah has placed the truth upon the heart and tongue of Umar."Ibn Umar said, "No matter ever came upon the people about which they spoke and Umar bin Khattab also spoke," or he said, "Umar spoke, except that the Quran was revealed in accordance with what Umar had said."
