He used to pray on his mount during travel in whatever direction it faced, and he mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ used to do the same while traveling.
حدثنا أبو سلمة أخبرنا سليمان عن عبد الله بن دينار
أنه كان يصلي على راحلته في السفر حيثما توجهت به وذكر أن النبي ﷺ كان يصنع ذلك في السفر
