I was with Ibn Umar when a man came to him and said, "Abu Abdul-Rahman, I am strong enough to fast while traveling."Ibn Umar replied, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever does not accept the dispensation granted by Allah bears a burden of sin equal to the mountains of Arafah.'"

كنت عند ابن عمر إذ جاءه رجل فقال يا أبا عبد الرحمن إني أقوى على الصيام في السفر فقال ابن عمر سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من لم يقبل رخصة الله كان عليه من الإثم مثل جبال عرفة
