The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to the Mirbad, and I went out with him. I was on his right. Then Abu Bakr came along, so I stepped back for him, and he took the place on his right while I moved to his left. Then Umar came along, so I moved aside for him, and he took the place on his left.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ reached the Mirbad, and there were leather skins there filled with wine.Ibn Umar said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called me to bring the large knife." He added, "I had never known that word for a knife until that day." He ordered the skins to be slashed open, and they were slashed.Then he said, "Cursed is wine, and the one who drinks it, the one who pours it, the one who sells it, the one who buys it, the one who carries it, the one to whom it is carried, the one who presses it, the one who has it pressed, and the one who consumes its price."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا عبد العزيز بن عمر يعني ابن عبد العزيز عن أبي طعمة مولاهم وعن عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله الغافقي أنهما سمعا ابن عمر يقول قال رسول الله ﷺ لعنت الخمر على عشرة وجوه فذكر الحديث
