The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Bilal calls the adhan at night, so eat and drink until Ibn Umm Maktum calls the adhan."
قال قرأت على عبد الرحمن: مالك عن عبد الله بن دينار
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إن بلالا ينادي بليل فكلوا واشربوا حتى ينادي ابن أم مكتوم
Its isnad is sahih. It is in Muwatta 1:95, and we have already referred to this narration of Malik in 4551. The hadith has also already appeared in 5195 and 5285.
