The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever misses the Asr prayer, it is as though he has been bereft of his family and his property."
قال قرأت على عبد الرحمن: مالك قال أبي وحدثني حماد الخياط حدثنا مالك عن نافع
أن النبي ﷺ قال الذي تفوته صلاة العصر فكأنما وتر أهله وماله
Its isnad is sahih. It appears that Hammad bin Khalid Khayyat was among those who also transmitted the Muwatta from Malik. I did not find this hadith in the Muwatta in the transmission of Yahya bin Yahya from Malik, but it is established in the Muwatta in the transmission of Muhammad bin Hasan from Malik, 137. It has already passed several times through other than Malik's route, the last of which was 5161.
