The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise his hands when he began the prayer, when he was about to bow, and when he raised his head from bowing, but he did not do so during prostration.
حدثنا عبد الرحمن حدثنا مالك عن الزهري عن سالم
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يرفع يديه إذا استفتح الصلاة وإذا أراد أن يركع وإذا رفع رأسه من الركوع ولا يفعل ذلك في السجود
