The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a man calls another man an unbeliever, one of them bears the charge. If it is as he said, the charge stands against the one accused. Otherwise, it returns upon the one who said it."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن عبد الله بن دينار سمعت
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال إذا قال الرجل للرجل يا كافر فقد باء به أحدهما إن كان كما قال وإلا رجعت على الآخر
