Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ returned from a military expedition, a raiding party, the Hajj, or an Umrah, upon ascending a high point of land he would say "Allahu Akbar" three times, then say, "There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion, to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things. We return, repenting, worshipping, prostrating, and praising our Lord. He fulfilled His promise, granted victory to His servant, and defeated the confederates alone."
حدثنا عبدة حدثنا عبيد الله عن نافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان إذا قفل من الجيوش والسرايا أو الحج والعمرة فإذا أوفى على أربية كبر ثلاثا ثم قال لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير آيبون تائبون عابدون ساجدون لربنا حامدون صدق وعده ونصر عبده وهزم الأحزاب وحده
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repetition of 4717. His saying "urbiyah" appears this way in H and M, while in K it is "rabiyah," which is clear. The rabiyah is any raised part of the ground, and there are many dialectal variants for it, but they did not mention "urbiyah" among them. It is with a damma on the hamza, a sakin ra, and a doubled ya, and it has been explained as referring to what lies between the top of the thigh and the bottom of the belly, which is also related to elevation and height. So it appears that it is a dialectal variant of rabiyah that they did not record, and the root of the word is the same.Ubaydullah in this isnad is Ibn Umar bin Hafs bin Asim bin Umar.
