The Prophet ﷺ stood at the well of Badr and said, "Have you found what your Lord promised you to be true?" Then he said, "They hear what I am saying."When this was mentioned to Ayesha, she said, "Ibn Umar is mistaken. What the Messenger of Allah ﷺ actually said was, 'They now know that what I was telling them is indeed the truth.'"

أن النبي ﷺ وقف على قليب بدر فقال هل وجدتم ما وعدكم ربكم حقا ثم قال إنهم ليسمعون ما أقول فذكر ذلك لعائشة فقالت وهل يعني ابن عمر إنما قال رسول الله ﷺ إنهم الآن ليعلمون أن الذي كنت أقول لهم لهو الحق
