Its isnad is sahih. This is a fragment from the story of Barira, when Ayesha bought and freed her. It was mentioned at length in al-Muntaqa 2872, 2873, on the authority of Ibn Umar, "that Ayesha..." etc. He said, Bukhari, Nasai, and Abu Dawud narrated it, and likewise Muslim, but he narrated it "from Ayesha," making it part of her musnad. It has also already appeared in the Musnad from the hadith of Ibn Abbas, 2542, 3405, and it will also come again in the musnad of Ibn Umar, 4855.
