The victim of intentional manslaughter, killed by a whip or a stick, has a blood-money of one hundred camels."Mura said in another version, "The aggravated blood-money is forty pregnant camels carrying their young in their wombs. Every claim of distinction from the days of ignorance, every blood feud, and every claim," and Mura said in another version, "every blood feud and every property dispute, lies beneath these two feet of mine, except for the watering of the pilgrims and the custodianship of the House, for I confirm these two for their rightful holders as they were."

قال رسول الله ﷺ يوم فتح مكة وهو على درج الكعبة الحمد لله الذي صدق وعده ونصر عبده وهزم الأحزاب وحده ألا إن قتيل العمد الخطإ بالسوط أو العصا فيه مائة من الإبل وقال مرة المغلظة فيها أربعون خلفة في بطونها أولادها إن كل مأثرة كانت في الجاهلية ودم ودعوى وقال مرة ودم ومال تحت قدمي هاتين إلا ما كان من سقاية الحاج وسدانة البيت فإني أمضيهما لأهلهما على ما كانت
