The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever sells a slave who has property, the property belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever sells pollinated date palms, the fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
حدثنا سفيان عن الزهري
عن النبي ﷺ قال من باع عبدا وله مال فماله للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع ومن باع نخلا مؤبرا فالثمرة للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع
Its isnad is sahih. The part about selling palm trees has already appeared at 4502. The whole hadith was narrated by all of them (al-Jamaah), as in al-Muntaqa 2849.
