The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you comes to the Friday prayer, let him perform a full bath."
حدثنا معتمر عن عبيد الله عن نافع
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا جاء أحدكم إلى الجمعة فليغتسل
Its isnad is sahih. Malik related it in Muwatta 1:125, from Nafi. The compilers of the six books related it, as noted in Al-Muntaqa 300. It has already occurred within the story from the hadith of Ibn Umar and Ibn Abbas, 3059.
