A Jewish man passed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was speaking with his companions. The Quraysh said, "Jew, this man claims to be a prophet."He replied, "Let me ask him about something that only a prophet would know."So he came forward and sat down, then said, "Muhammad, from what is the human being created?"He answered, "Jew, he is created from all of it, from the man's fluid and from the woman's fluid. As for the man's fluid, it is thick, and from it come the bones and sinews. As for the woman's fluid, it is thin, and from it come the flesh and blood."The Jewish man stood up and said, "This is what the prophets before you used to say."
حدثنا حسين بن الحسن حدثنا أبو كدينة عن عطاء بن السائب عن القاسم بن عبد الرحمن عن أبيه
مر يهودي برسول الله ﷺ وهو يحدث أصحابه فقالت قريش يا يهودي إن هذا يزعم أنه نبي فقال لأسألنه عن شيء لا يعلمه إلا نبي قال فجاء حتى جلس ثم قال يا محمد مم يخلق الإنسان قال يا يهودي من كل يخلق من نطفة الرجل ومن نطفة المرأة فأما نطفة الرجل فنطفة غليظة منها العظم والعصب وأما نطفة المرأة فنطفة رقيقة منها اللحم والدم فقام اليهودي فقال هكذا كان يقول من قبلك

Its isnad is daif, due to the weakness of Husayn bin Hasan Ashqar, as we explained his weakness in 888. The hadith is in Majma al-Zawaid 8:241, where he said, Ahmad, Tabarani, and Bazzar narrated it with two isnads, and in one of its two isnads is Amir bin Mudrik, whom Ibn Hibban deemed reliable while others deemed him daif, and the rest of its narrators are reliable, and in the isnad of the group is Ata bin Saaib, who became confused in his later years.
