Abdullah bin Masud reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah has not sent down any disease without also sending down its cure. Some have come to know it, and others remain ignorant of it."

عن عبد الله قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ إن الله عز وجل لم ينزل داء إلا أنزل له شفاء علمه من علمه وجهله من جهله
