Abu Waail reported,

Abdullah said, "I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, 'Which sin is greatest in the sight of Allah ?'He replied, 'That you set up a rival to Allah , when He is the One who created you.'I asked, 'And then what?'He said, 'That you kill your child out of fear that he will eat your food.'" Abdul-Rahman once said, "That he will eat along with you.""Then I asked, 'And then what?'He said, 'That you commit adultery with your neighbor's wife.'"
