Abdullah bin Masud reported,
We were with the Prophet ﷺ when we passed by an ant colony that had been burned. The Prophet ﷺ said, "It is not fitting for any human to punish with the punishment of Allah 
."

Its isnad is sahih, and it is found in Majma al-Zawaid 4:41, where it says, "Ahmad narrated it, and its narrators are the narrators of the sahih." A similar version with another hasan isnad has already passed at 3763.
