The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it, and he trembled until his clothes shook, then he said something like that or close to it.
حدثنا يحيى بن أبي بكير حدثنا إسرائيل عن أبي حصين عن يحيى بن وثاب عن مسروق قال
قال رسول الله ﷺ قال فرعد حتى رعدت ثيابه ثم قال نحو ذا أو شبيها بذا

Its isnad is sahih. Abu Husayn Asadi, with a fatha on the ha, is Uthman bin Aasim. Yahya bin Waththab Asadi Muqri was a trustworthy taabii, who was the reciter of the people of Kufa and one of the best of people in recitation. Bukhari gave his biography in al-Kabir 4/2/308. Something similar to this has already appeared with another sahih isnad, 3670.
